Shipping & Returns



Car Mats Online are keeping it simple, all our orders come with free postage anywhere in Australia!   We ship any orders we receive within 24-48 hours, except weekends and Public Holidays. 

We use Australia Post and other courier services for our deliveries. For your safety and peace of mind we do ask that someone be available to sign for delivery. If you are not available a card will be left for you to take to your nearest Australia Post where you will be able to pick up your package.

Alternatively, if you package is delivered by one of our courier services and you are not available to sign for your delivery, a card will be left and an attempt will be made to deliver your package the following day. 

You may also be contacted by the courier company, who may ask for an authority to leave your package in an agreeable place. 

If you would like your package to be left in particular place, please ensure that you advise Car Mats Online in the notes section when placing your order.

We strive to have all our orders delivered between 2-5 working days within Australia from the date we received the order.

Once the order has been received and dispatched we will advise you of your tracking number via email. This email will also provide you with the information of the carrier service we have appointed to deliver your package.  Just click on the link and you will be taken to Aftership, which will provide you will all the tracking information.

In some circumstances you will be provided with SMS alerts, this will depend on the provider.



Car Mats online acknowledge that sometimes goods may need to be returned. For example, you may have purchased the wrong item.

Car Mats Online supports our customers and will endeavor to assist with managing your returns in addition to
your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.



If a product is wrongly described (make or model of vehicle) or it does not meet the specs of your vehicle, you may choose between a replacement or refund.

Car Mats Online will only cover freight costs in the form of a refund once the goods are returned. Please note that all items will need to be returned in original condition. This includes all original packaging and accessories.

If a replacement set of mats is cheaper than your original selection we will also refund you the difference. If the replacement set is more than the original selection, you simply pay the difference.


Car Mats Online understand that customers sometimes change their mind, therefore we accept "Concession Returns” which will be at managements discretion.

In these circumstances, the buyer is liable to pay all postage and freight costs.


All of Car Mats Online products are covered by a 12 month from date of purchase warranty. All warranty information has been provided in the items description.

If you believe you have a warranty claim. Please direct your inquiry to Car Mats Online by phoning us or contacting us via our contacts page. We will endeavor to communicate and rectify any issue you may have as soon as practicable.

You will need to provide us with details of your purchase so that we are able to resolve the matter.



Once an item is out of stock on the store, we mark it as such, and the item cannot be purchased. We will not sell items that are not available and they will not appear for purchase until we have it back in stock.

We want you to be happy! If for some reason we cannot provide you with an item, we will contact you within 2 business days to make alternative arrangements.
